Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Bluffton walked away with it. They walked away with a 64-54 win over the Bishop England Battling Bishops on Monday. The victory was nothing new for the Bobcats as they're now sitting on ten straight.

Bishop England's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Sam Pelsnik, who posted 11 points and three steals, and Ben Turner, who put up ten points and six boards. Those three steals gave Pelsnik a new career-high. Drew Gallagher was another key player, putting up eight points.

Bluffton's win was their 13th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 23-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.8 points over those games. As for Bishop England, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-15.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Bobcats challenge the Tigers at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Wilson will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Bluffton surely won't give up without a fight. Bishop England does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
