Baseball Recap: Trinity-Pawling School Takes a Loss

Trinity-Pawling School lost against Kingswood Oxford back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Pride took an 11-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wyverns.

Patrick Leonard made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run and two RBI. That home run marked the first that he has launched this season. Tristen Hong was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two RBI.

Trinity-Pawling School now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Kingswood Oxford, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.

Trinity-Pawling School didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-5 win against Hotchkiss School on the 14th. As for Kingswood Oxford, they have also already played their next matchup, a 13-5 victory against Choate Rosemary Hall School on the 14th.
