Baseball Game Preview: Southern Lab Kittens vs. Central Private Redhawks

For the second straight game, Southern Lab will face off against Central Private. The Kittens will head out to face off against the Redhawks at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Southern Lab's hitters haven't had much luck over their past three games, but Thursday's contest will give them a chance to turn things around.

Southern Lab lost 17-1 to Central Private on Tuesday.

Southern Lab saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Warren Gougisha, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base. Gougisha has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times he's played.

Central Private has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 16-14 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for Southern Lab, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-8.
