Basketball Recap: Everett Comes Up Short

Everett was the 60-58 winner over Grand Ledge when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Everett Vikings were just a bucket shy of victory on Thursday and fell 54-53 to the Grand Ledge Comets.

Everett's loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Grand Ledge, their victory bumped their record up to 4-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Everett will host Charlotte at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Grand Ledge has already played their next contest (against Sexton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
