Soccer Recap: Middletown Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Middletown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Walkersville Lions. Middletown were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Walkersville apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Middletown's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Walkersville, their win bumped their record up to 2-4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Middletown will venture away from home to square off against Boonsboro at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Walkersville, they will head out to face off against Brunswick at 7:00 p.m. on the 30th.
