Volleyball Preview: Southwest Raiders vs. Crowley Eagles
The Southwest Raiders will challenge the Crowley Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Crowley took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Southwest, who comes in off a win.
Having struggled with four losses in a row, Southwest finally turned things around against Diamond Hill-Jarvis on Friday. They skirted past the Eagles 3-2.
Meanwhile, Crowley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to Mansfield Legacy.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-5, 25-5.
Southwest's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-13. As for Crowley, their loss dropped their record down to 3-19.
