St. Johns had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top against the Holbrook Roadrunners by a score of 62-54 on Wednesday. This was payback for the Redskins, who suffered a 65-40 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Holbrook's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. St. Johns will take on Joseph City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
