Basketball Recap: Iowa Falls-Alden Comes Up Short

Iowa Falls-Alden lost against Clear Lake back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Iowa Falls-Alden Cadets were dealt an 84-47 loss at the hands of the Clear Lake Lions. The Cadets were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 45-22.

This is the second loss in a row for Iowa Falls-Alden and nudges their season record down to 7-6. As for Clear Lake, they pushed their record up to 12-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Iowa Falls-Alden has already played their next game (against St. Edmond), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Clear Lake will challenge Algona at 7:45 p.m. on Monday.
