Soccer Recap: Hendrickson Comes Up Short

If Hendrickson was riding high fresh off their 4-0 takedown of Elgin last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hendrickson Hawks fell just short of the Weiss Wolves by a score of 1-0 on Friday. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Hawks couldn't quite close it out.

Hendrickson's loss dropped their record down to 7-6-1. As for Weiss, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-1.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Georgetown the next time they take the pitch. Hendrickson will host Georgetown at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, while Weiss will head out to face them at 7:15 p.m. on February 7th.
