Basketball Recap: Fort Bend Travis Skates Past Fort Bend Bush with Ease

You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Fort Bend Travis's strategy against Fort Bend Bush on Saturday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Fort Bend Travis Tigers blew the Fort Bend Bush Broncos out of the water with a 61-26 final score. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 34-7.

Fort Bend Travis found their leader in sophomore Mackenzie Teuton, who went 6 of 13 en route to 16 points and four steals. Teuton has been hot recently, having posted three or more steals the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Olivia Mckinnon, who posted eight points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals.
