Soccer Recap: Vail Mountain Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Vail Mountain kicked off their season on the road on Thursday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 5-1 to the Rifle Bears. The game was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly Vail Mountain struggled afterwards.

Vail Mountain didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Steamboat Springs on the 28th. As for Rifle, they have also already played their next matchup, a 10-0 win against Grand Valley on the 23rd.
