Jace Schukar Turns in Season-Best Performance
Loomis was led to victory by Jace Schukar, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Thursday. Schukar rushed for 292 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 8.8 yards per carry, and also caught a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 72-yard run.
The win for Loomis keeps them at an undefeated 6-0. Schukar and Loomis will head out to face off against Bertrand at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Overton picked up their sixth consecutive win on Saturday thanks in part to Hayden Muirhead. He didn't just play on offense: he also forced a fumble, made four total tackles, and defended a pass.
Overton pushed their record up to 6-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Muirhead will have a chance to log another big game when he takes on Cambridge on Friday.
