Cameron Dessellier was a major factor no matter where he played. He tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has become a key player for Milan: the team is 2-1 when he allows at most one hit, but 13-19 otherwise. Dessellier was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and one run. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Aiden Steinke, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and one double. He is becoming a predictor of Milan's success: when he posts at least two stolen bases the team is undefeated (and 12-20 when he doesn't).
