Baseball Recap: Ravenna Comes Up Short

Ravenna lost against Marlington back in May of 2015, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Ravens fell 8-3 to the Dukes. The Ravens have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ravenna saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Connor Welling, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Ravenna's loss dropped their record down to 7-17. As for Marlington, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 13-13 record.

As of now, neither Ravenna nor the Dukes have any future games scheduled.
