Kapaun Mt. Carmel had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.5 goals) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Northwest Grizzlies a 5-0 shutout. Considering Kapaun Mt. Carmel have won four contests by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Kapaun Mt. Carmel picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 6-2. As for Northwest, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That lines up perfectly with their 1-5-2 record this season.
