The Bishop Kelly Knights will take on the Blackfoot Broncos at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Bishop Kelly comes in on ten and Blackfoot on four.

Bishop Kelly is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Emmett 56-14. Considering the Knights have won six contests by more than 27 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Ben Avella was his usual excellent self, throwing for 206 yards and four TDs while completing 81.2% of his passes, and also punching in one touchdown on the ground. That's the most passing touchdowns he has posted since back in September. Dom Wolthuis also helped out with an impressive 97 receiving yards.

Bishop Kelly didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The team can thank two different players for their defensive prowess: Bryce Root and Jared Thiel, who each picked up one interception apiece.

Meanwhile, Blackfoot's game on Friday was all tied up 7-7 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They walked away with a 24-13 victory over Vallivue.

The match pitted two dominant backs against one another in Cade Esplin and Onix Carson. Esplin had a great game and rushed for 238 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 7.4 yards per carry. Meanwhile, Carson did his best for the losing side, rushing for 90 yards and one TD on only 11 carries.

Bishop Kelly's record now sits at 10-0. As for Blackfoot, their record is now 7-3.
