Soccer Game Preview: Bonita vs. Ayala

The Bonita Bearcats will head out to challenge the Ayala Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Bonita's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They came out on top against Glendora by a score of 2-0. That's two games straight that the Bearcats have won by exactly two goals.

Meanwhile, Ayala hasn't lost a match since December 26, 2024, a trend which continued in their latest game on Thursday. They and Claremont finished up their game with a 1-1 draw.

Ayala's goal came courtesy of Julian Chavez, who's now up to three this season.

Bonita has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those five matchups. Ayala's draw makes their record 15-2-3 this season.
