Concord is a perfect 5-0 against Ygnacio Valley since March of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Concord will look to defend their home court against Ygnacio Valley at 6:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Last Thursday, Concord came up short against Berean Christian and fell 3-1. The defeat continues a trend for the Bears in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost six in a row.

Concord started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-13, 25-19, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Ygnacio Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 22nd straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to Richmond.

Ygnacio Valley took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-16, 25-20.

Ygnacio Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Concord, their loss dropped their record down to 5-13.

Everything went Concord's way against Ygnacio Valley when the teams last played on March 6th, as Concord made off with a 3-0 win. Does Concord have another victory up their sleeve, or will Ygnacio Valley turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
