Basketball Recap: Clayton Snaps Three-Game Streak of Losses at Home

Clayton had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They strolled past Pennsauken Tech with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 83-69. The Clippers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Pennsauken Tech, too.

Pennsauken Tech's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tyrone Baker, who went 9 of 22 en route to 21 points and six boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Omari Spencer, who went 6 for 12 on his way to 13 points and eight rebounds.

Clayton's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-8. As for Pennsauken Tech, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7.
