Adding to the longest winning streak in 3A Region 1 this week, T.R. Miller beat W.S. Neal 28-0. The win marks ninth in a row for the the Tigers.
Straughn led the league in scoring this week after putting up 49 points on Opp.
T.R. Miller's Keion Smith and Kellyn Wynn have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 5-10 quarterback Smith has thrown for 547 yards this season, while Wynn has 8 catches for 204 yards. Quenton Samuels from the Eagles leads the league in rushing with 1,686 yards.
Dominique Jackson of the Coach Jamie Riggs' team is just 59 yards short of surpassing 1,000 rushing yards for the season. In 82 carries Jackson has accumulated 941 yard this year.
