Volleyball Recap: Camden County Takes a Loss

Camden County lost against Lowndes back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Camden County sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 13-25, 15-11.

When it comes to explaining why Camden County lost, don't look at Finley Morris. Despite the final result, she had 13 digs and two aces.

Camden County's defeat dropped their record down to 19-13. As for Lowndes, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-11 record this season.

Camden County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Valdosta on the 4th. As for Lowndes, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Richmond Hill on the 4th.
