Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Grand Valley). They blew past the Cardinal Huskies 78-49 on Friday. The victory was nothing new for the Mustangs as they're now sitting on three straight.

Grand Valley's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Cardinal, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Grand Valley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 66-59 loss against Smithville on the 20th. As for Cardinal, they will be home for the holidays to greet Chalker at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
