 The Alma Center Lincoln Hornets have the luxury  of staying home for another  game and will welcome the Whitehall Norse at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday.
 Alma Center Lincoln is headed into the  matchup fresh off scoring the most  runs they have all season. Their  rough  22-3 loss to Owen-Withee  on Monday might stick with them for a while. That's two games in a row now that Alma Center Lincoln has lost by  exactly 19  runs.
 Meanwhile, Whitehall has not done well against Independence/Gilmanton recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way  on Friday.  In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Taylor Johnson, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 2-for-3. Johnson is crushing it when it comes to  stolen bases: she's   stolen at least one every time she's  taken the field this season.  Kyla Lambeck was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
 Alma Center Lincoln's defeat was  their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Whitehall, their victory  ended  a  seven-game drought on the road  dating back to last season and  puts them at 4-4.
