Basketball Recap: Keoni Espeleta and Tyler Bautista Secure Win for Hercules

After losing to Kennedy the last time they met, Hercules decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Hercules Titans came out on top against the Kennedy Eagles by a score of 54-44 on Tuesday.

Leading Hercules to victory were Tyler Bautista and Keoni Espeleta. Bautista posted 16 points, while Espeleta earned 12 points. Bautista is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games.

The win got Hercules back to even at 6-6. As for Kennedy, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

Hercules wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 57-45 defeat against San Lorenzo on the 8th. Kennedy has also already played their next contest, a 54-22 victory against Richmond on the 10th.
