Hibriten won the last time they faced Freedom and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Hibriten Panthers blew past the Freedom Patriots 15-2. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won four games by six runs or more so far this season.

Hibriten pushed their record up to 7-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Freedom, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4.

Coming up, Hibriten will look to defend their home field on Friday against Ashe County at 6:30 p.m. As for Freedom, they will square off against Shelby at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Shelby has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.5 runs per game on average), something Freedom will no doubt try to take advantage of.
