Basketball Recap: Stephen-Argyle Central Takes a Loss

Stephen-Argyle Central lost against Sacred Heart last Sunday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Stephen-Argyle Central Storm might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 59-49 to the Sacred Heart Eagles, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Storm have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Stephen-Argyle Central's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Sacred Heart, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-8.

Stephen-Argyle Central will take on Warroad at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Warroad knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 13 contests -- so hopefully Stephen-Argyle Central likes a good challenge. As for Sacred Heart, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 72-46 loss against Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton on the 14th.
