Volleyball Recap: Lake Minneola Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Lake Minneola had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They blew past the South Lake Eagles 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-16, 25-20.

Lake Minneola can attribute much of their success to Viktorya Odrzywolski, who had 15 assists and three digs.

Lake Minneola was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least ten aces in three consecutive matchups.

Lake Minneola's win bumped their record up to 18-6. As for South Lake, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-11.

Lake Minneola does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Lake, they will take on Montverde Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
