Softball Recap: Dansville Comes Up Short

Dansville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 18th straight loss. They lost 18-3 to the Aquinas Institute Little Irish.

Sophia Goins made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run.

Dansville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-18. As for Aquinas Institute, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Dansville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Aquinas Institute, they have already played their next contest, a 12-5 loss against Waterloo on the 27th.
