Baseball Recap: Nucla Mustangs vs. Dove Creek Bulldogs
Nucla had won six straight at home, but on Monday they bumped their record up to 10-8 to make it seven. They had just enough and edged out the Dove Creek Bulldogs 12-11. That's two games straight that the Mustangs have won by just one run.

Josh Platt was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three RBI, two doubles, and one stolen base. He is becoming a predictor of Nucla's success: when he posts at least three RBI the team is undefeated (and 6-8 when he doesn't).
