Volleyball Recap: Wakefield Takes a Loss

The Wakefield Bombers came up short against the Canton-Galva Eagles on Tuesday and fell 2-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-11.

Wakefield's loss dropped their record down to 1-18-3. As for Canton-Galva, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-12-2.

Coming up, Wakefield will welcome St. Xavier at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Canton-Galva will be paying especially close attention to the Bombers' contest: after the Bombers face off against Goessel, they'll take on Canton-Galva again on Tuesday.
