Baseball Recap: Cresskill Cougars vs. Hasbrouck Heights Aviators
Cresskill fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against Hasbrouck Heights on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They came up short against the Aviators, falling 13-7. The Cougars were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Aviators apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2023.

Tyler Manarang was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in all six of his plate appearances with three runs, one triple, and one stolen base. He is on a roll when it comes to triples, as he's now hit at least one in each of the last three games he's played.
