Basketball Game Preview: Wallace-Rose Hill Bulldogs vs. Clinton Dark Horses + How To Watch

Wallace-Rose Hill is 1-9 against Clinton since February of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Wednesday. The Bulldogs will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Dark Horses at 6:30 p.m.

Wallace-Rose Hill is coming home looking for redemption after taking a loss in their road opener. They came up short against Laney last Friday, falling 54-32.

Meanwhile, a well-balanced attack led Clinton over Cape Fear in every quarter on their way to victory on Monday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Dark Horses blew the Colts out of the water with a 75-32 final score. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 45-18.

Clinton's win came from a few key players Wallace-Rose Hill will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Rubi Davila, who shot 44% from the field en route to 21 points and six steals. Another player making a difference was Ciara Stuart, who posted 18 points and three steals.

Wallace-Rose Hill ended up a good deal behind Clinton in their previous matchup back in February, losing 64-49. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Davila, who went 9-for-14 to rack up 18 points and eight steals.
