Volleyball Recap: Berkmar Takes a Loss

Berkmar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the North Gwinnett Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on Tuesday.

Berkmar was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring nine points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-9.

Berkmar's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for North Gwinnett, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-13.

Coincidentally, Berkmar and North Gwinnett will both be playing Brookwood the next time they take the court. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Broncos at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday, while the Patriots will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
