Childress lost against Abernathy back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Childress Bobcats came up short against the Abernathy Antelopes, falling 55-34. While losing is never fun, the Bobcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 653rd, while the Antelopes are ranked 111th).

It was another big night for Mecailin Marshall, who went 12 for 20 on her way to 33 points in addition to seven boards and four steals for Abernathy.
