Bellows Free Academy's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-0. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Champlain Valley Union, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Everything went Bellows Free Academy's way against Champlain Valley Union in their previous matchup back in May of 2024, as Bellows Free Academy made off with a 17-0 win.
