Southwest made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Diamond Hill-Jarvis, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Raiders were the clear victors by a 25-15 margin over the Eagles on Tuesday. 25 seems to be a good number for the Raiders as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

The victory made it two in a row for Southwest and bumps their season record up to 5-8. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 25.0 runs over those games. As for Diamond Hill-Jarvis, they dropped their record down to 9-10 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, Southwest and Diamond Hill-Jarvis will both be playing Western Hills the next time they take the field. The Eagles will host the Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Raiders will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
