Softball Recap: Kamiak Knights vs. Snohomish Panthers

Kamiak made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Snohomish, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Kamiak Knights blew past the Snohomish Panthers 12-3 on Wednesday. For the Knights, this counts as revenge for the 8-1 win the Panthers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2022.

Synclair Mawudeku made a splash while hitting and pitching. She tossed seven innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
