Baseball Recap: St. Mary Catholic Victorious

St. Mary Catholic won against Howards Grove on Tuesday with eight runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Zephyrs beat the Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah Resorters by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 8-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Zephyrs.

St. Mary Catholic let Alex Rice and Luke Fairweather run wild. Rice went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run and one RBI, while Fairweather went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double. That's the most RBI Fairweather has posted since back in May of 2024. Carter Nicholson was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs.
