Football Game Preview: Anderson C Cavaliers vs. Towns County Indians + How To Watch

The Anderson C Cavaliers will head out to challenge the Towns County Indians at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Anderson C has given up an average of 40.4 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Anderson C managed to keep up with SouthLake Christian Academy until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Cavaliers came up short against the Eagles, falling 48-24. The Cavaliers were down 41-16 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Meanwhile, Towns County was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 27-21 to Dixie. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' football rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 389th in Georgia, while the Hornets are ranked 168th in South Carolina).

Anderson C dropped their record down to 1-4 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Towns County, the loss was their first on the road , dropping their record down to 3-3.
