Volleyball Recap: Hamilton Snags Ninth Victory in Last 11 Games + How To Watch

Hamilton's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the La Sierra Academy Knights with a sharp 3-0 win. For the Bobcats, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 victory the Knights walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2023.

Hamilton not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept La Sierra Academy between 15 and 17 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-17, 25-15.

Jaden Vargas was the offensive standout of the game as she had five digs and five aces. Those five aces gave her a new career-high.

Vargas wasn't the only good server: Hamilton was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 15 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in four consecutive matchups.

Hamilton is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season. As for La Sierra Academy, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hamilton will face off against California School for the Deaf-Riverside at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for La Sierra Academy, they will square off against Sherman Indian at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
