Softball Recap: Bell Gardens Lancers vs. Montebello Oilers
While Bell Gardens's win against Montebello wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Lancers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 victory over the Oilers on Thursday. The win continues a trend for the Lancers in their matchups with the Oilers: they've now won four in a row.

Gabriella Alvarado made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out eight over seven innings pitched.
