Basketball Recap: St. Helena College and Career Academy Hawks vs. Springfield Bulldogs

That's another feather in the cap for St. Helena College and Career Academy, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Several Bulldogs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Dequane Davis, who scored 14 points along with four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Caden Dykes, who scored six points along with nine rebounds.
St. Helena College and Career Academy's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-11. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.0 points per game. As for Springfield, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-17.
St. Helena College and Career Academy and the Tigers will face off at 6:00 p.m. on February 6th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
