While St. Pauls's win against West Bladen wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. St. Pauls sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-5 victory over West Bladen on Tuesday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Bulldogs as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

The team relied heavily on Angel Purcell, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Madison Locklear, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

St. Pauls' victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for West Bladen, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-5.

St. Pauls will have a chance to go back-to-back against West Bladen: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
