Rushville-Industry came tearing into Saturday's contest with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Lewistown Indians. This was a revenge game for the Rockets: when they faced off against the Indians back in September, they had to take a 2-1 loss.

Leading Rushville-Industry to victory were Lainy Greer and Kaylee Shaw. Greer had 15 digs and two assists, while Shaw had 13 digs and two aces. Those two assists gave Greer a new career-high.

Rushville-Industry now has a winning record of 13-12. As for Lewistown, they moved to 17-12 with that defeat, which also ended their four-match winning streak.

Coming up, Rushville-Industry will welcome Cuba/Spoon River Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Lewistown, they will venture away from home to square off against West Prairie at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
