Softball Recap: John Carroll Catholic Comes Up Short

If John Carroll Catholic was feeling good fresh off their 18-0 takedown of Wenonah last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The John Carroll Catholic Cavaliers came up short against the Moody Blue Devils on Tuesday, falling 15-4. The Cavaliers haven't had much luck with the Blue Devils recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

John Carroll Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Moody, they pushed their record up to 17-7 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. John Carroll Catholic will welcome Wenonah at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Moody, they will host Leeds at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
