Football Recap: Basehor-Linwood Bobcats vs. Leavenworth PIONEERS
Basehor-Linwood took care of business in their home opener on Friday (and then some). They really took it to the Leavenworth PIONEERS for the full four quarters, racking up a 42-0 win at home. The Bobcats pushed the score to 35-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the PIONEERS had no chance of recovering from.
Nick Doering went supernova for Basehor-Linwood, rushing for 80 yards and three touchdowns. The dominant performance gave Doering a new career-high in rushing yards. Caelum Theno was in the mix too, providing Basehor-Linwood with a touchdowns.
