Volleyball Recap: Magnolia Takes a Loss

Magnolia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Oak Ridge War Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bulldogs of the 3-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2023.

Magnolia now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Oak Ridge, they moved to 4-3 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Magnolia has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Bellville on the 16th. As for Oak Ridge, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Clear Creek on the 16th.
