Basketball Game Preview: Thomasville Bulldogs vs. Parkland Mustangs

The Thomasville Bulldogs just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Parkland Mustangs at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Thomasville will be strutting in after a victory while Parkland will be coming in after a loss.

Thomasville is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took their match on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 78-26 win over South Davidson. With the Bulldogs ahead 48-14 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Meanwhile, Parkland was beaten by Reagan 83-45 on Tuesday. The Mustangs have struggled against the Raiders recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

The victory (which was Thomasville's third in a row) raised their record to 8-12. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.3 points per game. As for Parkland, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-13.

Thomasville couldn't quite finish off Parkland in their previous matchup back in December of 2024 and fell 58-56. Can Thomasville avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
