There's no place like home for the Madras White Buffaloes, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road on Friday. Everything went their way against St. Helens on Saturday as Madras made off with a 56-35 victory. That looming 56-35 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Madras yet this season.
Despite the loss, St. Helens still got an impressive performance from Cameron Cox, who scored 16 points along with eight rebounds.
The win got Madras back to even at 2-2. As for St. Helens, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.
Madras will head out on the road to face off against Corbett at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. St. Helens will be home for the holidays to greet Elmira at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
