Softball Recap: Somerville Comes Up Short

After flying high against Schulenburg last Saturday, Somerville came back down to earth. The Somerville Yeguas came up short against the Burton Panthers on Tuesday, falling 14-0. The Yeguas haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Somerville's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Burton, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.

Coming up, Somerville will face off against Milano at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Burton, they will be playing at home against North Zulch at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
